About the RoleWe’re looking for a passionate AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python development, Generative AI, and AWS cloud technologies.You’ll design and build cutting-edge LLM-powered applications that streamline and enhance workflows — particularly within the Life Sciences domain. This is an exciting opportunity to work on real-world GenAI solutions that combine automation, data, and intelligence.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using LangChain, LLM APIs, and Python frameworks.Build scalable integrations between data pipelines, APIs, and AI systems in the cloud.Implement Agentic AI features for autonomous reasoning, task planning, and contextual decision-making.Develop and optimize backend services using Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) with AWS services like Lambda, S3, and EC2.Create modular scripts for data handling, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.Work with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma) for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.Collaborate with domain experts to convert Life Sciences workflows into intelligent software solutions.Ensure high standards of code quality, documentation, and DevOps best practices.Required Skills & Experience3+ years in software engineering with solid Python ecosystem experience (frameworks, libraries, scripting).1+ year of hands-on experience in Generative AI development (LangChain, OpenAI, or similar LLM frameworks).Proficiency in Python API frameworks (FastAPI/Flask) and data libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Requests, JSON).Strong working knowledge of AWS Cloud Services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, EC2).Experience developing or integrating LLM-based tools such as chatbots, summarizers, or intelligent assistants.Familiarity with Git, Docker, and REST API integration.Exposure to Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical data is a plus.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.Good to HaveExperience in prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).Knowledge of MLOps or CI/CD pipelines for AI projects.Experience deploying AI services or Python-based automation tools to production.Understanding of cloud security and data governance principles.Why Join UsBuild impactful Generative AI solutions in the Life Sciences sector.Work with the latest in Python, AI, and cloud technologies.Be part of a collaborative and innovative team that values creativity, ownership, and continuous learning.
