Job Title: Head Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Location: Dubai, UAECompany: SpiroAbout Spiro:Spiro is a fast-growing organization at the intersection of innovation and operational excellence. We are looking for a sharp and strategic Head FP&A to join our finance team in Dubai. This role is key to driving financial visibility, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making across the business.Key Responsibilities:Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes in collaboration with business units.Analyze financial performance, identify variances vs. budget/forecast, and present actionable insights to senior management.Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs.Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product) to support decision-making with financial models and analysis.Track key business drivers and market trends to inform strategic planning and investment decisions.Develop and enhance financial models for scenario planning, profitability analysis, and resource allocation.Support board reporting, investor presentations, and other strategic initiatives.Drive process improvements and automation within FP&A to increase efficiency and accuracy.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Chartered Accountant (CA/CMA) preferred.12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Oracle, etc.).Experience working in a high-growth or tech-driven environment is a plus.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Key Attributes:Strategic thinker with a strong attention to detail.Proactive, self-starter with strong business acumen.Comfortable handling ambiguity and managing multiple priorities.Passionate about turning data into decisions.Why Spiro?Join a high-impact team where your insights help shape strategy and drive growth.
