Facilities Management LeadershipThe Facilities Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facilities, ensuring that administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain smooth operations by overseeing administrative functions, security, and facility services.Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks through emergency evacuation procedures and business continuity plans.Conduct regular site rounds and critical area inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.Monitor and track tickets raised and closure within specified service level agreements (SLA).Update shift-wise maintenance and engineering (M&E) stock records in a timely manner.Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors at the site.Coordinate daily activities with local logistics (LL) teams and site facilities management (FM) teams.Prepare and manage material bills of quantities (BOQs) and manpower deployments effectively.Maintain accurate inventory and store management records.Ensure facility upkeep and prepare comprehensive reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Optimize energy consumption and data management practices.Prepare and maintain facilities and local logistics (FM and LL) minutes of meeting (MOMs) and administrative reports.
