Senior Frontend Engineering LeaderWe are seeking an exceptional Senior Frontend Engineering Leader to spearhead the design, architecture, and execution of our consumer-facing platforms. This role is a critical part of driving innovation and delivering high-quality user experiences.Owning web engineering at scale to ensure consistency, performance, and a unified user experience across platforms.The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling high-performance, modular frontend systems that serve millions of users. The focus will be on designing thinking, component reusability, and engineering excellence.Key Responsibilities:Developing and executing a comprehensive frontend web strategy, architecture, and roadmap focusing on React.js, Next.js, and scalable design systems.Leading and mentoring web engineers to build modular, maintainable, and high-performing web applications.Collaborating with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver intuitive and performant cross-platform experiences.Overseeing the Android frontend team (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose) ensuring consistency in UX, shared design principles, and code quality across platforms.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 12 years of software engineering experience, with 8+ years in frontend development and 5+ years in technical leadership roles.
