Job OverviewThe role of a Design for Test (DFT) Lead involves leading the DFT team and ensuring that all designs are thoroughly tested.A deep understanding of DFT concepts, including scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, and transition delay test coverage analysis is required.Experience with scripting languages such as Perl and shell is necessary.Expertise in RTL and gate-level simulations of scan and MBIST test vectors is expected.Familiarity with equivalence check, DFT DRC rules in RTL lint tool and ATPG tool is required.Working experience in Synopsis TetraMax/DFTMax and Cadence Encounter Test is an asset.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective DFT strategies to ensure high-quality designs.Lead the DFT team in achieving project goals and objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve design issues.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in DFT.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in DFT leadership roles.Strong understanding of programming languages and simulation tools.Excellent communication and team leadership skills.Why This Role?This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team of DFT professionals and contribute to the development of cutting-edge designs.
