Technical Program ManagerWe are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead our end-to-end solution design, review and triage incoming work, allocate tasks across backend, AI/ML, frontend, and NFV engineers, and ensure high-quality on-time delivery.Review incoming requirements and convert them into clear technical tasksCreate E2E architecture and high-level design documents (HLD/LLD)Distribute and track tasks across backend (FastAPI), AI/ML, frontend (Next.js), and NFV engineersOversee project development, configuration, integration, and testingThe role requires strong experience in designing distributed backend or analytics-based systems, with excellent team coordination, estimation, and delivery management skills. The Technical Program Manager should also have a good understanding of Next.js frontend architecture, APIs, and workflow basics, as well as hands-on experience with Nokia FlowOne modules.The ideal candidate should be able to prepare architecture documents and break down high-level requirements, with strong debugging, integration, and problem-solving abilities.
