Milk Procurement SpecialistAs a key player in our organization's success, you will oversee the entire milk collection process, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained while optimizing efficiency and productivity. Your expertise in this area is crucial for driving business growth and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet plant requirements.Analyze and optimize milk collection routes to reduce waste and enhance productivity.BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH MILK SUPPLIERS AND NEGOTIATE FAVORABLE TERMS AND PRICES.Evaluate and ensure all procured milk meets high quality standards.Manage procurement costs effectively and adhere to industry regulations and safety standards.Monitor and control inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstocking.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Dairy Technology or Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry.Minimum 8-12 years of work experience in dairy/FMCG organizations with a strong background in milk procurement and supplier management.Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and negotiating favorable terms and prices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving organizational goals.Benefits:Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.A dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.A competitive salary and benefits package.This role requires frequent travel to milk collection centers and supplier facilities.The ideal candidate will be based in The region will be defined depending on the geolocation of the requester, e.g., Asia, USA, EU etc... .
