Role Overview The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading the branch’s sales operations, managing a team of counselors, and ensuring achievement of monthly revenue and admission targets. The role requires strong leadership, a process-driven approach, and the ability to maintain a high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities Sales Management Own the branch’s monthly and quarterly sales targets. Drive closures for all programs through effective team supervision. Ensure consistent lead follow-up and conversion through structured processes. Conduct regular review meetings to track performance and pipeline progress. Team Leadership Manage, mentor, and support a team of sales counselors. Provide training and guidance to improve product knowledge and sales skills. Monitor daily activity metrics including calls, follow-ups, and consultations. Build a disciplined, target-focused team culture. Operations Management Oversee daily branch operations including walk-ins, counseling sessions, and events. Ensure accurate CRM usage and data hygiene. Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth functioning of the center. Maintain documentation, MIS reports, and weekly performance dashboards. Process and Performance Implement structured sales processes for calling, follow-ups, and closures. Maintain compliance with organizational standards and guidelines. Ensure timely reporting of numbers, forecasts, and performance indicators. Identify areas of improvement and introduce corrective action plans. Candidate Requirements Experience 3 to 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in education, BFSI, telecom, or outbound sales environments. Prior experience in managing a sales team is required. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Skills and Competencies Strong closing and negotiation skills. Ability to manage high call volumes and fast-paced sales cycles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills for forecasting and data-driven decision making. Ability to maintain team motivation and performance standards. Proficient in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting systems. Personal Attributes Target-driven and performance-oriented. Process-driven with strong discipline and accountability.
