Company: Olive by EmbassyLocation: BangaloreReporting to: Design HeadRole SummaryThe Executive Design will be responsible for designing, developing, and coordinating interior design projects under the supervision of the Design Lead. The role involves working as part of a larger design and projects team at Olive, contributing to concept creation, detailing, and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and translate concepts into 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs using tools like SketchUp or Revit.Prepare a complete set of working and detailed drawings for in-house interior design projects.Assist in managing multiple vendors and supervise interior work on-site to ensure quality and timely completion.Support in preparing cost estimates, sketches, layouts, and specifications relevant to project development.Suggest color schemes, furniture, materials, and finishes aligned with the brands aesthetic.Coordinate with stakeholders vendors, procurement teams, and site teams — for seamless project execution.Prepare project progress reports and proactively resolve on-site challenges.Conduct site investigations and design due diligence for existing buildings.Maintain a strong sense of brand aesthetics and design quality in all deliverables.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: B.Arch or Degree in Interior DesignExperience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior design, preferably in a reputed Architecture or ID firm.Knowledge & SkillsProficiency in the following tools is required:AutoCAD (2D & 3D)SketchUp or equivalent 3D modelling softwarePhotoshop, V-Ray, 3ds Max, or other rendering toolsAdobe InDesign / CorelDRAW / equivalent illustration softwareMicrosoft Office SuiteAwareness and enthusiasm for AI-based design toolsKey CompetenciesDesign coordination & change managementVendor management & communicationProactive attitude and ownership of tasksStrong understanding of design, materials, interiors, architecture, and landscape integrationJoin Olive by Embassy — where innovation meets design excellence.RegardsSabha
