Business Intelligence AnalystJob Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with expertise in transforming data into meaningful insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a solid understanding of ETL processes to support data-driven decision-making.Main Responsibilities:Data Analysis & ReportingBuild, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Looker and Power BI.Perform advanced data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets.Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and validation.Conduct exploratory data analysis using Python (Pandas, NumPy, visualization tools).ETL & Data Pipeline SupportWork with ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses.Collaborate with data engineering to maintain and improve ETL workflows.Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting systems.Automate repetitive data tasks using Python or SQL-based workflows.Business Intelligence DevelopmentDevelop BI solutions to improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility.Contribute to data modeling efforts to support analytics and dashboard development.Monitor performance and integrity of BI tools, dashboards, and data pipelines.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business intelligence or related field.Proficiency in cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.).Version control experience (Git).Familiarity with automation, APIs, or scripting workflows.Exposure to statistical analysis or A/B testing.Proficiency in Looker (LookML is a plus)Good understanding of data warehousing and relational databases.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a global client base.Chance to develop skills in emerging technologies.Collaborative and growth-focused work environment.Competitive compensation package.
