Financial Management ProfessionalWe seek an experienced Financial Management Professional to oversee financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.Main Responsibilities:Verify event expenses and accounts payable for each event to ensure timely and accurate payments.Journalling of vendor invoices on a daily basis to maintain up-to-date records.Preparation, verification, and submission of accurate invoices to clients.Submission of weekly and monthly reports to management.Bi-weekly review of business performance, outstanding amounts, payables, and bank status.Monthly profit and loss account preparation for the month.Tax filing (monthly and annually) in accordance with tax regulations.Reconciliation of advances given to team members on a regular basis.Sound knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST).TDS deduction from various payments made to vendors (salary, rent, interest, contractors, and professionals) and monthly remittances.Weekly review of outstanding statements.Fortnightly review of payable statements.Monthly budgeting for fixed expenses at the start of the month and analysis/reporting at the end of every month.Quarterly E-TDS returns filing for TDS deducted from debtors and service providers.Detailed work on foreign exchange remittances.Maintenance of files for each accounting category with accurate bills and reports, properly tagged and catalogued.Depreciation calculation for assets month-wise and accounting for the same.The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
