This includes:Conducting exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomaliesTranslating findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholdersDesigning, developing, and deploying machine learning models for skill prediction, personalized learning recommendations, and intelligent matchmakingAs a member of our team, you will also have the opportunity to apply clustering techniques to segment users based on skills, career goals, and learning preferences. This will inform personalized experiences and targeted interventions, enabling us to provide relevant recommendations and improve search functionality.Additionally, you will work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and communicate results.
