Find out belowRole OverviewAs a Product Analyst at Classplus, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, create comprehensive dashboards and reports, and automate processes to enhance efficiency. Your expertise in SQL, MongoDB, and Python will be crucial in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.What will you do?Dashboard and Report Creation:Design and develop insightful dashboards and reports using SQL and MongoDB.Monitor and maintain data quality to ensure accurate reporting.Translate complex data sets into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.Inter-team Collaboration:Collaborate with various teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to gather and understand data requirements.Provide data support for strategic planning, product development, and other key initiatives.Conduct regular meetings to discuss data findings and recommend actionable steps.Automation Setup:Develop and implement automation scripts using Python to streamline data collection, processing, and reporting.Maintain and improve existing data pipelines and automation processes.Ensure scalability and reliability of automation solutions to support the growing data needs of the organization.You should apply, if youAre a Seasoned Veteran: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field and proven experience (2+ years) as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.Know your toys: Proficiency in SQL and experience with MongoDB as well as strong programming skills in Python.Bring that ‘X-tra’ factor: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Are a real charmer: Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Can fluidly adjust anywhere: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.Being a Part of the ClanAt Classplus, you’re not an “employee” but a part of our “Clan”.
