Key Job SummaryThis position is a unique opportunity for experienced engineers to drive innovation in next-generation AI and healthcare.The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with backend systems and AI orchestration, designing and implementing sophisticated multi-agent pipelines using LangGraph, n8n, and the OpenAI Agent SDK.Core Responsibilities:Develop RAG pipelines optimized for multi-modal knowledge bases by managing ingestion, embedding, retrieval, and synthesis processes.Integrate agents with backend APIs, databases, and workflows, ensuring seamless integration with FastAPI, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and other relevant technologies.Design event-driven and streaming architectures using WebSockets and queues to deliver real-time AI responses.Collaborate closely with product and research teams to rapidly experiment with new AI capabilities on critical projects, such as Neonatology assessments for premature babies, predictive models for jails and prisons, and more.Preferred Qualifications:Hands-on experience with backend systems and AI orchestration.Proficiency in designing and implementing multi-agent pipelines using LangGraph, n8n, and the OpenAI Agent SDK.Strong understanding of event-driven and streaming architectures, including WebSockets and queues.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Working Conditions:This role requires a strong passion for driving innovation in AI and healthcare.
