Job Title: Digital Customer Engagement Manager Job DescriptionAs a Digital Customer Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of digital customer engagement initiatives that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement digital customer engagement strategies that align with business objectives.Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver digital customer engagement solutions, including websites, mobile apps, and social media platforms.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop insights to inform digital customer engagement strategies.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital customer engagement initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Requirements:Engineering graduate with minimum 4+ years of work experience as SAP technical consultant with 2+ years in customer-facing role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.Strong knowledge of IT service management, SAP Basis, and SAP applications, including hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers.Proficiency in English (written and verbal), with additional languages a plus.Cloud architecture and IT technical infrastructure know-how, including technical and application expertise for different cloud solutions. Benefits:Opportunity to work with a dynamic team on innovative digital customer engagement initiatives.Professional development opportunities, including training and mentorship programs.Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options.Competitive compensation and benefits package. Other Requirements:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.Experience working with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams or individuals.Knowledge of project management fundamentals, ITIL, and Lean Fundamentals a plus.
