Job Role: Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Engagement:Establish partnerships with pre-schools, day cares, and educational institutions to drive referrals.Promote the school through presentations, meetings, and discussions.Maintain strong relationships with preschool leadership, counsellors, and coordinators.Foster new networks to support admissions growth.Admissions Support:Generate leads through outreach initiatives and convert them into school enquiries.Collaborate with the admissions team in follow-ups, conversions, and parent engagement.Coordinate with the internal team to share updates on leads, visits, and tie-up opportunities.Assist during parent visits when required.Marketing Initiatives:Support on-ground marketing activities such as flyers, standees, and community events.Represent the school at exhibitions and education fairs.Collaborate with the marketing team for outreach collateral, brochures, and presentations.Reporting and Documentation:Maintain a calendar of outreach visits and submit timely reports.Track tie-ups, lead generation, conversion statistics, and record feedback.Maintain an updated database of all preschools and outreach contacts.Additional Responsibilities:Support school-level events that involve parent engagement.Provide market insights and competitor information to the admissions team.Perform any related tasks assigned by senior management.We offer a collaborative and dynamic work environment.Please note this is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our organisation.
