Job Title: Financial Operations CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting and coordination tasks.Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs).Record sales and purchase entries accurately in Tally.Handle daily accounting activities, including invoice posting, payment entries, and ledger maintenance.Coordinate with the bank for payments, inward/outward remittances, and account updates.Manage banking communication, including cheque deposits, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.Assist in GST filing, GST input tracking, and monthly return preparation.Prepare Excel reports for management (MIS, sales, purchase, outstanding, etc.).Maintain proper documentation and support audits as required.Key Skills and Qualifications:Strong knowledge of Tally ERP & Excel.Good communication skills for bank follow-ups.Understanding of GST filing & accounting basics.Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
