Inviting Applications for the Position of Dean of Admissions

Responsibilities:

This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire admissions process. This includes developing and implementing admissions strategies, coordinating with external organizations such as JEE/OJEE, and managing the registration process. Conducting university entrance examinations, support the evaluation and timely publication of entrance test results, and provide comprehensive admission counseling. The role also involves follow-up and relationship management (CRM) activities, managing the admissions process, communicating with stakeholders, and conducting analysis and policy development to drive admissions growth. Additionally, the Dean will play a pivotal role in supporting international student admissions and ensuring the effective execution of admission strategies for both domestic and international students.

Essential Qualifications:

The candidate preferably should have a PhD degree in engineering, management or science discipline with proven experience in admission process in a university environment. Proven track record in admission and its growth in a university environment is required. Knowledge of international student admission and its process is a plus. Person is expected to have strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication skill, analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail, decision making, marketing and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with digital tools/techniques is essential. Person must be self-driven and expected to have clear understanding/good knowledge about current and future trends and demand in different areas. 

Salary:

Based on academic qualification, experience and proven track record in research. No bar for the deserving candidates.
