Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Founder to manage daily workflows across multiple client projects.This role is ideal for someone with 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing, SEO, GMB optimization, or project coordination – particularly with US/Canada-based clients.You will coordinate tasks, handle client communication, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution of all GMB & SEO deliverables.Serve as the primary point of contact for GMB & SEO clientsConduct regular check-ins, understand client needs, and communicate updatesMaintain professionalism and ensure clear, timely communicationDocument requirements and align internal teams accordinglyKey responsibilities include:Client Communication & Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for GMB & SEO clientsProject Coordination & Workflow Management: Manage daily GMB & SEO workflows and internal tasksGMB & SEO Support Tasks: Coordinate updates on Google Business Profiles and assist with keyword research, on-page tasks, and content inputsThe ideal candidate will have strong communication and follow-up skills, a basic working understanding of Google My Business and SEO fundamentals, and the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have:Experience in digital marketing, SEO, GMB optimization, or project coordinationStrong communication and follow-up skillsA basic working understanding of Google My Business and SEO fundamentalsThe ability to multitask and manage multiple projectsWe are looking for a team player who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.BenefitsAs a Project Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and gain valuable experience in the field of digital marketing.You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.OthersPlease note that this role requires flexibility and adaptability.
