Job Opportunity:Seeking an experienced Frontend Lead Developer to lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications.The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge, leadership experience, and hands-on implementation skills in cloud platforms—specifically Microsoft Azure.Key Responsibilities:Lead frontend development efforts for enterprise-scale applications using React, Next.js, and Micro-Frontend frameworks.Drive architectural decisions, code quality improvements, and best-practice adoption.Collaborate with backend, DevOps, UX, and product teams to deliver cohesive solutions.Technical Requirements:Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript.Hands-on experience with Micro-Frontend architecture (Module Federation, Webpack, Single-SPA, etc.).Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/SCSS, UI component libraries.Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and frontend security.Experience deploying and scaling applications on Azure Cloud.Knowledge of performance optimization & accessibility compliance.Tools & Frameworks: Git, Azure DevOps, Webpack, Babel.Testing tools like Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress.Soft Skills:Strong ownership and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.Ability to lead a team and drive end-to-end delivery.
