We are seeking an accomplished Motion Design Lead to shape and elevate the craft of motion design within one of the world's most advanced global creative production hubs.This role combines creative craftsmanship with technical leadership, ensuring high-end delivery across motion graphics, CGI, and post-production.You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of artists, animators, and editors who bring static campaigns to life — turning creative ideas into cinematic brand experiences for clients across retail, digital, and life sciences.Key responsibilities include:Leading the end-to-end motion and post-production pipeline, from storyboard to final delivery.Driving excellence across 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishing.Collaborating closely with creative directors, producers, and account teams to interpret briefs into motion-first executions.About YouTo succeed in this role, you'll need:15+ years of experience in motion graphics, post-production, VFX, and CGI, preferably within large advertising, film, or creative-production environments.Deep hands-on proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, Blender, Nuke, Fusion, DaVinci Resolve, and industry-standard tools.A strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, lighting, camera, and timing.What We OfferWe're committed to creating a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
