Job Title: Technical Support SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support for Oracle EBS R12, focusing on Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains.About the Job:Provide technical support for Oracle EBS R12, with a focus on Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains.Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement effective resolutions.Analyze and troubleshoot complex problems, using tools like SQL/PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.Manage inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data load processes.Independently manage issue resolutions and customization enhancements in live Oracle EBS business flows.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in Oracle EBS R12 Tech Support, especially across multiple modules in Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains.Hands-on experience with SQL/PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.Proficient in managing inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data load processes.Strong understanding of Sales & Distribution modules.Mandatory Skills: Oracle EBS Technical Support (R12), Oracle Forms & Reports, PL/SQL Development.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a leading organization.Chance to develop your skills and expertise in Oracle EBS R12.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter, highlighting your relevant experience and qualifications.
