We’re looking for experienced Coupa professionals to join our team as Lead Integration Specialists . This role is critical in driving procurement digital transformation within the healthcare domain. You’ll work closely with business and IT stakeholders, lead onsite/offshore teams, and design scalable Coupa solutions that directly impact procurement efficiency, compliance, and cost savings.

🔑 What You’ll Do
  • Lead end-to-end Coupa platform implementations (Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, Expenses, Sourcing, Pay).
  • Design and manage Coupa integrations (APIs, cXML, SFTP, middleware – MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic).
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to align workflows with healthcare compliance and regulations.
  • Drive solution design, code reviews, and technical best practices across onsite/offshore teams.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize performance, and manage Coupa release upgrades.

🎯 What We’re Looking For
  • 8–12 years of IT experience , with 5+ years in Coupa design & development .
  • Strong technical skills in Coupa APIs, cXML, SQL, scripting (Python/Shell/Groovy) .
  • Proven experience integrating Coupa with ERP systems (Oracle HCM, JD Edwards, SAP, Workday).
  • Experience in healthcare procurement processes and knowledge of HIPAA/PHI compliance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage distributed technical teams.
  • Coupa Certification is a strong plus.
