We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Corporate Relations and Industry Outreach Manager, South Region. This key position is responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with corporate entities to generate placements, opportunities, and campus engagement activities.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategically identify and pursue potential partners for internship, final placement, and other engagement activities, while maintaining student lifecycle management.Nurture relationships with senior professionals, including CHROs, functional leaders, and CXOs, to create placement opportunities.Maintain an up-to-date database of corporates, POCs, CXOs, and CHROs.Foster strong campus relations with prospective recruiters while ensuring the highest standards of professionalism.Convert new accounts through structured outreach and deliver on individual targets.Plan and execute corporate outreach and campus recruitment processes for full-time positions and summer internships.Stay abreast of industry and economic developments to enhance the effectiveness of outreach efforts.Requirements10-15 years of experience in a similar capacity in the Higher Education Industry.Sales and strategy orientation, knowledge about business school placements.Excellent organizational and administrative skills with experience working as a team.Quantitative, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Understanding of the Indian Premier Business Schools landscape and career outcomes.Able to meet assigned targets with a keen eye on planning, managing, and execution.Well networked in the corporate HR and Corporate community.Proactive, enthusiastic, positive attitude, and pleasing personality with strong analytical skills.Verbal and written communication skills in English, presentation skills.This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with exceptional relationship-building skills.
