Job Description: Counselor

Position: Admission Counselor

Location: IILM Jaipur Campus

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide prospective students and parents about the programs, admission process, and career opportunities at IILM.
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance.
  • Manage and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Assist with admission-related documentation and application completion.
  • Participate in events, open houses, and career fairs to represent IILM.
  • Maintain and update records in the CRM system.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in student counseling or admissions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or outreach roles, preferably in the education industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and data analysis tools.
  • Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines.
