About the PositionWe are seeking experienced professionals to join our Supply Chain Solutions team. The ideal candidate will possess strong techno-functional expertise in warehouse management system configuration, implementation, and integration, along with a solid understanding of logistics operations.This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions while providing production support, issue resolution, and process optimization.Configure, customize, and implement warehouse management modules covering inbound, outbound, and inventory processes.Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into configurations, and ensure timely delivery.Provide L2/L3 support, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and ticket management.Work on integrations with third-party systems such as WCS (Warehouse Control Systems) and MHE (Material Handling Equipment).Perform system testing, regression testing, and UAT for enhancements and production releases.Create and maintain functional and technical documentation for all implemented changes.Participate in go-live and hypercare support, ensuring system stability and operational excellence.Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues and support end-user training as needed.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.4–6 years of hands-on experience in warehouse management systems.Strong understanding of Warehouse Operations and Supply Chain processes.Knowledge of SQL and debugging tools for data validation and issue analysis.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA and ServiceNow.About UsWe are a global digital transformation and product engineering company.
