📱 UnClub’s Social Media ManagerIf you think in memes, breathe content, and know how to turn everyday chaos into a story, we want you.UnClub started as a passion project to help adults enjoy hobbies in a low-commitment, low-pressure way — and it’s now growing fast across Bengaluru.👉 Check us out on Instagram: instagram.com/unclub.experiencesWe’re building hobby groups where people come together to explore what they love, and we’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can make that energy explode online.💼 The RoleTitle: Social Media ManagerExperience: 1–2 years (preferably with a brand)Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)Compensation: ₹4–5 LPA (CTC)You’ll be the voice and vibe of UnClub — crafting content, campaigns, and conversations that make people stop scrolling and show up.From capturing our events to collaborating with editors and designers, you’ll make sure everything we do looks great, feels authentic, and goes out on time.🚀 What You’ll Do • Plan and execute UnClub’s social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, Threads, Reddit, LinkedIn, and more • Create trending and conversation-worthy content — from reels and stories to posts, campaigns, and community moments • Collaborate with editors, designers, and the founder to ensure content is timely, high-quality, and consistent • Capture and curate on-ground event content that reflects UnClub’s energy • Run and manage social media ads (Meta, YouTube, or LinkedIn) — optimize campaigns for reach and engagement • Track engagement, experiment, and keep the content loop alive • Build a tone that’s authentic, local, and playful — think Bengaluru energy, not brand jargon🕒 Work HoursThis is not a strict 9-to-5 role.You’ll have flexibility to work around event schedules — some days might be heavier (especially around weekends), while others are light.Expect a mix of creative work + on-ground event coverage.✅ Must Have • 1–2 years of experience working with a brand, startup, or agency • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Threads, Reddit, and LinkedIn • Working knowledge of social media ads (especially Meta Ads Manager) • Hands-on experience with reels, editing tools, and creative collaboration • Ability to write fun, clear, conversational copy that feels human • Bonus: experience managing freelancers or creative contributors🎯 Who You Are • You love creating content that makes people feel something — not just scroll past • You understand the pulse of Gen Z — what’s trending, what’s cringe, what’s gold • You’re creative, dependable, and can handle chaos without losing clarity • You’re not just managing posts — you’re building an online movement⸻📩 How to Apply📧 Email your application to: sona@unclubexperiences.comCC: contact@unclubexperiences.comSubject line: Application for Social Media ManagerShare your work links directly in the mail body — handles, posts, campaigns, or any content you’ve worked on.If you have additional work (videos, graphics, etc.), upload it to Google Drive and include the link (make sure to share access).
