Backed by top venture funds, we’re assembling a world-class team to rebuild personal finance from the ground up.What You’ll DoOwn end-to-end financial operations across Earnifi’s U.S. and India entities.Manage accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR); work closely with our U.S. accounting partner and help establish local accounting operations in India.Lead month-end and year-end closes, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.Oversee cash flow management, including intercompany fund movement, liquidity forecasting, and FX planning.Manage our revolving credit facility, tracking drawdowns, repayments, and lender compliance.Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, scenario planning, and growth analysis.Implement and refine internal controls and accounting systems as we scale.Partner with leadership on board, investor, and compliance reporting.Support audits, tax filings, and ongoing risk management initiatives.What We’re Looking For3–7 years of experience in accounting, audit, or FP&A, ideally starting at a Big 4 firm (EY, PwC, KPMG, or Deloitte).CA or CPA required.Understanding of U.S. GAAP or U.S. accounting standards preferred but not required.Strong grasp of Indian accounting standards, with experience consolidating multi-entity operations.Hands-on experience with reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting.Excellent analytical and Excel/modeling skills; ability to translate numbers into insights.Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership startup environments.Why Join EarnifiBuild financial foundations that power products improving millions of lives.Own your craft: you’ll manage real capital and shape core finance processes from day one.Work with speed and impact: collaborate directly with founders and key partners.Grow with a rocketship: Earnifi is backed by top VCs and scaling globally.Collaborate globally: work across our U.S. and India teams to build a best-in-class finance function.We work hard and play hard.
