Job Title: Architectural Draftsman
Responsibilities:
- Prepare precise technical drawings, plans, and sections using AutoCAD.
- Assist in developing architectural designs and project documentation.
- Utilize Rhino and Revit for modeling and design tasks when necessary.
- Ensure all drawings meet industry standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with the design team to translate concepts into detailed drawings.
- Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with Rhino and Revit is highly desirable.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural drafting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Employment Details:
- Type: Full-Time
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
- Probation Period: The first three months will be a training period, during which performance will be evaluated before confirming full-time employment.
