Machine Learning EngineerOur mission is to harness the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning to transform industries.What You Will Do:Design and implement production-grade predictive models using machine learning algorithms to analyze high-frequency sensor data.Develop robust pipelines to ingest large amounts of IoT data from vehicle systems, partnering with engineering teams to deploy and monitor models.Innovate with generative AI to build components that power our conversational intelligence platform for fleet managers and vehicle technicians.Elevate technical standards by implementing best practices for reproducibility, testing, model monitoring, and continuous improvement.Challenges You Will Tackle:Sensor Fusion Complexity: Integrating CAN-bus streams with third-party IoT feeds, historical maintenance logs, and real-world context.Scale & Latency: Delivering real-time predictions across hundreds of vehicles with minimal false positives.Regulatory & Safety Constraints: Ensuring models comply with industry standards and support safety-critical decision-making.Required Skills:Expertise in Python, machine learning, SQL/NoSQL, and data streaming platforms.Familiarity with CAN-bus protocols (J1939, OBD-II..), telematics standards, and core vehicle systems like engine, transmission, and exhaust.Experience with containerization, CI/CD, model tracking, and observability.Affinity for ambiguity and willingness to experiment boldly and learn quickly from failed runs.What's In It For You:High-impact ownership: Your work will directly influence fleet safety and make a significant difference.Work at the AI frontier: Innovate with LLMs and real-time ML to push the boundaries of what's possible with AI.Competitive compensation and incentives.
