Job Description:We're seeking a highly motivated leader to oversee the growth and development of our engineering teams. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cloud-native services, collaborating with global teams, and mentoring engineers to deliver next-generation cybersecurity solutions.This role requires a proven track record of building and scaling SaaS/cloud services, strong knowledge in Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native development, as well as a background in distributed systems, APIs, data pipelines, or security platforms.Responsibilities:Leadership & People ManagementLead and mentor a team of software engineers.Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and high performance.Drive hiring, onboarding, and career development of engineers.Technical DeliveryOwn end-to-end delivery of critical components.Work with architects and product managers to design scalable and secure solutions.Ensure best practices in cloud-native development, CI/CD, and site reliability.Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, technical guidance, and architectural decisions.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with global engineering teams.Collaborate with product management, UX, and customer support to align delivery with customer needs.Communicate progress, risks, and technical tradeoffs to stakeholders.Innovation & ScaleChampion modern development practices in microservices, containers, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.Ensure security and compliance are embedded into the development lifecycle.Continuously optimize performance, cost efficiency, and scalability of cloud services.
