Overview:We are looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes organic content. Someone who understands what makes people stop, watch, read, share and save, without depending on paid media, influencers or performance marketing.You are a strategist at heart and a storyteller in practice. You know how to build and scale brands through insight-driven, platform-native ideas. You have worked in fast-paced agency environments, handled multiple brands, and know exactly how to guide content from concept to execution with precision.You stay curious, follow internet culture closely, and use AI tools to work smarter, faster and better. If you blend creativity, strategic thinking and data-backed intuition, this role is for you.Your Mission:Build and lead the organic social strategy for brands across industries.Ensure that every piece of content, whether static, video or copy, ladders up to a larger strategy and purpose.Work closely with creative teams to bring platform-native concepts to life.Be the point of clarity for clients by helping them understand what works organically and why.Drive consistent growth on social media through experimentation, insight mining and strong content planning.Shape a portfolio of work that clearly showcases organic-first thinking and measurable results.What You Will Do:Own organic content strategy for multiple brands, including monthly, quarterly and campaign-led planning.Build content calendars rooted in trends, insights and platform behavior.Define and optimise a brand's tone of voice, content pillars and engagement approach.Review and refine content to ensure it is sharp, platform-native and high-impact.Deep-dive into analytics to understand what is working and what is not.Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, OpusClip and others to enhance idea generation, research, captions, hooks and content quality.Stay updated on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok and , and translate these learnings into brand work.Present strategies, campaign plans and performance reviews clearly to clients and internal teams.Plan and manage timelines effectively to ensure high-quality content is delivered on time.What We Are Not Looking For:No performance marketers or paid media specialists.No generalist digital marketers.No influencer-first strategists.This role is meant only for organic social media experts.Your interview will require you to present two detailed case studies that clearly show:The strategies you designed and executed.The organic growth achieved over an extended period with measurable outcomes.What We Are Looking For:Minimum six years of hands-on social media experience with at least four years in agency environments.A strong portfolio that showcases organic growth success across brands.Proven expertise in developing platform-first ideas that drive engagement and long-term growth.Ability to look at data and derive actionable insights.Comfort and proficiency with modern AI tools for research, ideation and workflow efficiency.Strong communication skills that help simplify reasoning, guide clients and collaborate effectively with creative teams.A proactive, curious and organised mindset that is always searching for new ways to improve content performance.Your Skills:Organic Social Media StrategyContent Planning and Calendar DevelopmentInsight Mining and Trend AnalysisPlatform-native ThinkingCopy and Creative Direction for social-first formatsAI Tool ProficiencyAnalytics InterpretationClient Communication and PresentationCommunity and Engagement UnderstandingTime and Resource PlanningTo Apply: If you are interested, please share your updated resume and portfolio with us at hr@theimplusedigital.com
