Our mission is simple: craft future-ready, scalable, and high-impact solutions that blend creativity with engineering precision.We're now assembling our core tech team — developers who take ownership, experiment with modern technologies, and love building world-class products that actually ship.If that sounds like you, keep reading.Job Title: Full-Stack Developer (Core Team) – Vynce DigitalLocation: Hybrid (Remote + On-site | India)Compensation: 5-7LPA (depending on experience) + Performance BonusesHours: 48 hours/weekRole OverviewWe're looking for a Full-Stack Developer (Core Team) who is strong in React/Next.js and Node.js, and can work across the stack to deliver production-ready applications.You will:- Own features end-to-end — from idea and architecture to deployment.- Work closely with design, business, and marketing teams.- Contribute directly to the technical foundation, engineering practices, and internal tools at Vynce Digital.- Grow into a lead role as we scale (for the right candidate).This is a hands-on, impact-heavy role — not a passive ticket-fixing position.Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend Development- Build fast, responsive, and pixel-perfect UIs using React.js / Next.js.- Implement SSR, SSG, and performance-focused frontends.- Develop reusable components and clean UI systems.- Convert designs from Figma / Adobe XD into high-quality interfaces using Tailwind CSS, Flexbox, and Grid.Backend Development- Develop scalable APIs and backend services using Node.js (Express.js / Nest.js or similar).- Work with PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB for data modeling and querying.- Build secure, maintainable RESTful or GraphQL APIs.- Write clean, modular, well-documented code following best practices.Deployment & DevOps- Deploy and manage applications on AWS / GCP / DigitalOcean / similar.- Work with Git, basic CI/CD flows, and Docker.- Handle environment configs, builds, and basic monitoring.Quality, Security & Collaboration- Implement authentication (JWT/OAuth2), follow basic OWASP security practices.- Optimize performance, caching, queries, and assets.- Participate in code reviews, give and receive feedback.- Collaborate with founders and designers to translate ideas into production-ready products.Must-Have QualificationsKindly apply only if you meet these core requirements:- 3+ years of hands-on experience in web development.- Strong in JavaScript (ES6+) and comfortable with TypeScript.- Solid experience with React.js and/or Next.js.- Solid experience with Node.js (Express/Nest or similar).- Experience with at least one SQL database (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and one NoSQL database (e.g., MongoDB).- Confident with Git and collaborative workflows (branches, PRs).- Able to take ownership of tasks, debug efficiently, and ship reliable code.Nice-to-Have You don't need all of these to apply, but they're a plus:- Experience with AWS / GCP / Azure / serverless.- Headless CMS (Strapi, Sanity, Contentful).- Real-time features (WebSockets, Socket.io, Pusher).- GraphQL, Apollo Client/Server.- SEO and web performance best practices.- Experience in mentoring, small-team leadership, or leading projects.- Familiarity with Agile tools: Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.Important NoteThis role is not for:- PHP/WordPress-only developers- Candidates without real experience in React/Next.js + Node.jsWe're specifically looking for someone who has built and deployed modern JavaScript-based applications.How to apply- Apply via LinkedIn- Mandatory: Send your Resume + Portfolio/GitHub to faisalshah@vyncedigital.com- Subject: Full-Stack Developer – Your NameInclude:- Years of experience- Tech stack you're confident in (honestly)- Links to GitHub/Portfolio/Live projects- Only candidates with React/Next.js + Node.js experience and relevant project work will be shortlisted.Why Join Vynce Digital?- Work on diverse, international projects: portfolios, e-commerce, SaaS dashboards, custom platforms.- Direct collaboration with founders and decision-makers.- High ownership, high trust, zero micromanagement.- Room to grow into architecture, DevOps, and leadership as the team scales.- Be part of a tight-knit, ambitious team where your work has visible impact.
