Job Title: Quality Assurance SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist with expertise in ETL/Data Pipeline Testing and API Testing.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data flows, proficiency in Informatica tools such as IDMC/IICS, CDI, and MDM SaaS, and excellent SQL skills.ETL / Data Pipeline Testing (Mandatory)Perform end-to-end testing of ETL pipelines across cloud/on-prem environments.Validate source-to-target mappings, complex data transformations, and SCD logic.Perform data completeness, data accuracy, and reconciliation testing.Test Informatica IDMC/IICS CDI mappings, taskflows, and ingestion patterns.Create test scenarios using mapping documents, BRDs, and ETL workflows.API Testing (Mandatory)Test REST/SOAP APIs using Postman, Swagger, or SoapUI.Validate request/response payloads, authentication flows, error handling, and negative scenarios.Work closely with integration teams to test upstream/downstream interfaces.Validate JSON/XML schema structure, status codes, and pagination logic.MDM Testing (Preferred)Test MDM match/merge rules, survivorship, trust settings, workflows, and golden record creation.Validate MDM SaaS configurations, data cleansing, and DQ rules (if applicable).Perform validation across landing, staging, base, and cross-reference layers.Key Responsibilities:Develop test plans, test cases, test data, and maintain QA documentation.Perform functional, integration, regression, and data validation testing.Log defects, track them to closure, and participate in defect triage with the dev team.Provide QA sign-offs and ensure quality of deliverables.
