Job Title: Academic ManagerThis role plays a pivotal part in guiding senior management to ensure seamless curriculum implementation and centre supervision across the network.We are seeking an individual with exceptional communication skills, able to provide timely feedback and guidance to staff while maintaining confidentiality.The ideal candidate should have:Key Responsibilities:Implement curriculum and activities at centres.Supervise and audit centres for quality and consistency.Maintain regular communication with Headmistresses and teachers.Provide critical information and feedback to Headmistresses.Develop virtual learning platforms.Organize and implement curriculum meets across locations.Coordinate daily with Heads of Institutions and Principals.Collect and maintain centre data for analysis.Monitor admissions at centres to ensure compliance.Guide centres on marketing strategies through events.Set up new centres and train Heads of Institutions.Hand hold and train new Heads of Institutions.Maintain trust and respect among team members.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Solve problems effectively rather than providing directions.Practice active listening and take feedback seriously.Ensure student safety and set clear boundaries.Be dependable and consistent in attending meetings.Report progress to Department heads periodically.Adhere to all policies and guidelines.Develop and monitor various events throughout the year.Train and execute training development programs.Interview and appoint Heads of Institutions.Update dockets and presentations for key stakeholders.Analyse and maintain important facts from centres.Report to Directors with regular updates.Maintain social media platforms for the network.Reply to parent queries and concerns.Develop marketing related workshops.Create collaterals for network publicity.Create network related material such as annual planners and holiday lists.
