OT Cybersecurity Specialist – Secured Remote Access

Experience: 6-8 Years

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced OT (Operational Technology) Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing secure remote access solutions, with a strong focus on the BeyondTrust platform, across multiple manufacturing facilities and enterprise-level organizations. This role demands a deep understanding of OT security best practices and a commitment to safeguarding critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Remote Access Management:

  • Design and Implement Remote Access Solutions: Lead the architecture and deployment of secure remote access solutions using BeyondTrust, ensuring robust access controls are in place.
  • Access Control Management: Establish and enforce strict access control policies and procedures to limit remote access to authorized personnel only.
  • Monitoring and Auditing: Continuously monitor remote access sessions for compliance and security, utilizing BeyondTrust’s logging and reporting features.
  • Incident Response Planning: Develop and implement incident response plans specific to remote access-related security incidents.
  • User Training and Awareness: Provide training and resources to users on secure practices for remote access, focusing on the effective use of BeyondTrust features.
  • Integration with Security Infrastructure: Collaborate with IT security teams to integrate BeyondTrust solutions with existing security tools.

General Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of OT cybersecurity policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Provide training and guidance to IT and OT teams on secure remote access best practices and BeyondTrust usage.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • Minimum 6-10 years of proven experience in OT cybersecurity, emphasizing secure remote access solutions using BeyondTrust.
  • Deep understanding of OT systems, protocols, and architectures, including associated cybersecurity risks.
  • Proven expertise in implementing and managing secure remote access solutions using BeyondTrust.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience conducting OT cybersecurity assessments.
  • Experience establishing and managing a security operations center (SOC).
  • Proficiency in implementing and maintaining the Nozomi Networks platform.
  • Certification in relevant OT cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISA/IEC 62443).
  • Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, and industrial networking protocols.

Additional Skills:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work with teams across IT, Engineering, Operations, and other departments.
  • Multi-Geo Experience: Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and understanding the challenges of securing OT environments across different regions.
