Job Title:Power Platform DeveloperAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building, customizing, and enhancing platform solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.Your primary focus will be on delivering end-to-end development, support, and enablement services for the Microsoft Power Platform. This includes creating low-code development guidelines, training and mentoring business users, provisioning starter templates and reusable components, and implementing access control and environment setup for safe experimentation.Main Responsibilities:Design and implement a Power Platform governance framework to enable and monitor citizen development while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for production apps, automations, and data connectors. This includes issue resolution, performance tuning, platform upgrades, licensing alignment, and environment management (DEV/TEST/PROD).Governance and Best Practices: Implement and operate the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit, including monitoring of app usage, audit logs, license utilization, and automated compliance checks.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail.Excellent client handling skill.Basic knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, or C# (especially for custom connectors or PCF controls).Preferred Skills:The following skills would be beneficial:Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.Familiarity with low-code development guidelines.What We Offer:As a valued member of our team, you can expect:Ongoing support and training.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for growth and professional development.
