Data Science ExpertWe're seeking an experienced Data Science expert to join our team. As a hands-on professional with a strong background in transformer architectures, multimodal AI, and model optimization, you will be responsible for building and fine-tuning advanced models.Develop and deploy transformer-based models (LLMs, Whisper, diffusion, LoRA, RLHF/SFT) across multiple modalities — audio, video, text.Pursue innovations in lip-sync accuracy, character/scene consistency, audio realism, and video quality.Create automated evaluation frameworks for image, audio, and video quality scoring.Experiment with audio–video synchronization, background score blending, and text-to-video alignment.Stay current with emerging architectures, tools, and scaling strategies.Lead R&D initiatives end-to-end with strong execution and problem-solving.Required Skills and Qualifications:4–10 years of experience in applied ML/AI.Strong fundamentals in transformers, training dynamics, and optimization.Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow.Deep expertise in one modality (audio/video/text) with real-world projects.Experience deploying ML inference using FastAPI or similar.Ability to design automated evaluation metrics for generative output.High adaptability and willingness to run rapid experiments.What You Get:A competitive salary and benefits package.The opportunity to work with a world-class AI & product team.Learning opportunities from leaders who have built global-scale tech products.Exposure to cutting-edge initiatives across various industries.A fast-paced environment where your impact is visible and immediate.
