Location: AhmedabadShift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (IST)Position OverviewWe are seeking a qualified CA or CPA with extensive experience in Finance & Accounting (F&A) and the Record to Report (R2R) process. The ideal candidate will have a solid grounding in US accounting standards (US GAAP) and proven leadership skills in managing end-to-end R2R operations. As a Team Leader, you will oversee accounting deliverables, manage a team of finance professionals, and ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all reporting activities.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Record to Report (R2R) process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close.- Review and oversee the preparation and finalization of financial statements and management reports.- Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end closing activities in line with US GAAP and company policies.- Supervise a team of accountants, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback.- Review balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and other accounting adjustments.- Drive process improvements and automation within the F&A domain to enhance accuracy and efficiency.- Partner with cross-functional teams (AP, AR, FP&A) to ensure seamless accounting operations.- Manage audit requirements, internal controls, and compliance documentation.- Identify and mitigate risks in accounting processes through proactive controls.Ideal Candidate Profile- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is mandatory.- 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with strong exposure to the Record to Report (R2R) cycle.- 1–2 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role.- In-depth understanding of US GAAP, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks).- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.- Prior experience in a shared services or KPO environment is a plus.Why Join Us- Competitive compensation and benefits package.- Opportunity to work in a growing global finance organization.- Exposure to US accounting processes and compliance standards.- Supportive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.- Professional growth and leadership development opportunities.
