This role isn’t just about making phone calls — it’s about connecting with students and parents, understanding their dreams, and guiding them toward the right opportunities. What You’ll Do


  • Be the first point of contact for students and parents exploring our B.Sc. Economics and other programs.
  • Reach out to prospective applicants via calls, explain program details, and address their questions with clarity and empathy.
  • Guide students through admission procedures — from eligibility to application support.
  • Follow up with genuine interest, ensuring every student feels valued and informed.
  • Maintain accurate records of your conversations in our database/CRM.
  • Share insights with the admissions and marketing teams to make our outreach even stronger.
  • Achieve targets not just as numbers, but as milestones in helping students choose the right career path.


 What We’re Looking For


  • Someone with excellent communication skills in English and local language — warm, confident, and clear.
  • A person who can listen as much as they speak, showing empathy and patience.
  • Familiarity with MS Office/Google Sheets or CRM tools (training will be provided).
  • Previous experience in student counseling, education telecalling, or customer care is great — but not mandatory.
  • Most importantly: a genuine passion to guide young minds and support families in making informed choices.


Qualifications


  • Graduate in any discipline (Economics/Education background is a plus, but not essential).
  • 1–3 years of telecalling/counseling experience preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn are welcome
