Overview:Asan Architect at our organization you will play a critical role indesigning and overseeing the construction of buildings andstructures ensuring that each project meets the aestheticfunctional and safety requirements. Your expertise and creativevision will contribute significantly to our projects shaping thebuilt environment and impactingcommunities.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Create detaileddrawings and specifications for constructionprojects
  • Lead project design and developmentfrom conception to completion
  • Collaborate withclients engineers and contractors to ensure projectsuccess
  • Oversee construction activities toensure compliance with designspecifications
  • Manage project budgets andtimelines
  • Conduct site visits and inspectionsto monitor progress and quality
  • Utilizesoftware and technology for designing anddrafting
  • Provide innovative design solutionsthat align with client requirements
  • Participatein zoning and building code analysis
  • Coordinatewith multidisciplinary teams for integrated projectdelivery
  • Stay updated with industry trends andbest practices
  • Prepare and present designproposals to clients andstakeholders
  • Contribute to the development andmaintenance of architectural standards
  • Mentorand support junior staff
  • Ensure adherence toenvironmental and sustainabilityprinciples
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors or Mastersdegree in Architecture or relatedfield
  • Licensed architect with X years ofrelevant experience
  • Proven track record ofsuccessful project management
  • Proficiency inarchitectural design software such as AutoCAD Revitetc.
  • Strong understanding of building codesregulations and construction methods
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Abilityto work on multiple projectssimultaneously
  • Creative problemsolvingabilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy inwork
  • Knowledge of sustainable designprinciples
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverseprojects and design solutions
  • Ability to thrivein a collaborative team environment
  • Flexibilityto adapt to changing project demands
  • Projectmanagement certification is aplus
  • Understanding of urban planning andspatial design
