Plan, ideate, and execute monthly social media calendars aligned with brand objectives. Develop engaging posts, stories, and short-form videos that reflect brand identity. Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms to boost reach &engagement. Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement across channels. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams for integrated campaigns. Write compelling captions, hashtags, and short-form script ideas. Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and continuously optimize content. Maintain brand consistency and deliver creatives with quick turnaround times.Requirements 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and/or social media management. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and familiarity with video editing tools. Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory & layout. Hands-on experience with social media platforms — Instagram, Facebook, ,YouTube, X. Good copywriting skills and ability to conceptualize creative content ideas. Analytical mindset with experience using social media insights & analytics tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high accuracy. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
