A proven track record of developing comprehensive working drawings and managing hospitality projects from concept to completion is essential.


Responsibilities

  • Design sophisticated and functional interior spaces tailored for hospitality environments, including guest rooms, lobbies, restaurants, and conference areas.
  • Develop comprehensive design concepts, including space planning, furniture selection, and material specifications, that reflect the unique identity of each hotel project.
  • Develop detailed working drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and technical details, to guide contractors and ensure accurate implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with hotel operators, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) to create detailed design presentations and technical drawings.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee project progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with design vision and quality standards.
  • Stay current with trends in hotel design and hospitality industry innovations to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  • Ensure all designs comply with safety, accessibility, and building regulations while maintaining aesthetic excellence.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in interior design, with a focus on hotel or hospitality projects.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality design trends, guest experience principles, and operational functionality.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful hotel or hospitality projects.
