Job Description:

Post: Sales Manager - Sales & Product Deployment

Sales:

1. Identify potential prospects where our products can provide value.

2. Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial client approach to closing the sales deal.

3. Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure future orders.

4. Maintain a comprehensive sales dossier for different clients, utilizing CRM or Excel. Order Execution and Site Operations:

1. Identify and utilize existing company resources to develop a trial team.

2. Take full responsibility for ensuring the timely delivery of materials as per the customer’s purchase order and deploying our team for product trials.

3. Plan and deploy manpower and operational teams for site operations once continuous operations commence.

4. Regularly communicate with the site operation team to ensure client satisfaction and address any operational issues that may arise.

5. Resolve day-to-day operational challenges at the site, if necessary.

6. Conduct daily meetings with each site location and submit minutes of the meeting (MOM) to the reporting head.

New Product Ideas & Cross-selling:

1. Proactively explore and gather new product ideas from client interactions and communicate them to our product development team.

2. Identify opportunities for cross-selling other relevant products.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maximize sales performance.

2. Conduct market research to identify new market segments, trends, and opportunities.

3. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay informed about the industry landscape. 4. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
