AI and Backend Software EngineerWe're seeking a talented software engineer with expertise in AI/ML to own our core intelligence layer. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines using HuggingFace Transformers and Sentence Transformers.Design, implement, and optimize RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines.Manage embedding generation using HuggingFace Transformers and Sentence Transformers.Integrate and optimize LLM calls for chat completions and embeddings.You'll work directly with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, vector databases (Milvus), and build systems that power natural language understanding and generation across our platform.The key responsibilities of this role include:Required qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field, 3-5 years of professional Python development experience, and 1-2 years of hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, or NLP.Technical skills required include proficiency in Python 3.9+, async programming, LangChain, APIs, HuggingFace Transformers, Milvus, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar, Sentence Transformers, Embeddings, Flask or FastAPI, RESTful API design, MongoDB, and understanding of vector search. Additionally, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent documentation and technical writing skills, and a collaborative mindset with ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders are necessary.
