Portfolio Management SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Portfolio Management Specialist to support our enterprise architecture and portfolio rationalization efforts using LeanIX.This role is critical in capturing, analyzing, and maintaining portfolio metadata to assess current technology usage, align future business requirements, and guide decisions on modernization, consolidation, or new application development.This position is part of the IT Global Infrastructure & Operation team and will be remote India or Brazil.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Maintain accurate portfolio data within LeanIX, including ownership, lifecycle, business capabilities, and technical attributes.Ensure completeness and consistency of metadata across the portfolio.You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to map future business requirements to existing technologies. Support decision-making on whether to enhance current platforms or build new applications.The essential requirements of the job include:4+ years of experience in portfolio management, enterprise architecture, or IT asset management.Hands-on experience with LeanIX or similar portfolio management tools.Strong understanding of portfolio lifecycle, business capability modeling, and technology stack analysis.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK) is required.Travel Requirements:5%-15% travel as per business requirements.This role directly supports our enterprise-wide transformation by enabling smarter technology investments, reducing redundancy, and aligning IT capabilities with business strategy.
