• Degree or higher/Diploma.

• Total 5 to 7 years of experience Network & Data Centre Administrator è okay with 5-6 yrs experience as well

• Monitoring the members movement and guide them.

• Review and validate Process adherence forms from the members for access to DC.

• Escalation Management (Internal, within NSEIL and with OEM)

• Good communication skills

• Member asset tracking /management

• Process adherence monitoring and reporting.

• Ensuring implementations of new process and procedures introduced time to time.

• Mock and contingency drill support (weekends)

• 24x7 operations support (both nw and dc ops)
