We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Motion & Post-Production Lead to elevate the craft of motion design, CGI, and post-production within a global creative production hub. This role combines creative craftsmanship with technical leadership, ensuring high-end delivery across motion graphics, special effects (SFX), visual effects (VFX), CGI, compositing, animation, color grading, and finishing.You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of artists, animators, and editors who bring static campaigns to life — turning creative ideas into cinematic brand experiences for global clients across retail, digital, and life sciences.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end motion and post-production pipeline, from storyboard to final delivery.Drive excellence across 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishing.Collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, and account teams to interpret briefs into motion-first executions.Ensure the highest visual fidelity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across deliverables.Required Skills and Qualifications:Hands-on experience in motion graphics, VFX, CGI, and color workflows using industry-standard tools (After Effects, Nuke, Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, Blender, DaVinci Resolve, Flame).Strong leadership and direction skills to maintain the studio's creative benchmark.Ability to introduce new motion design techniques, animation trends, and post-production workflows to enhance storytelling.Supervisory experience in pack-shot adaptation, beauty retouching, and complex compositing across global campaigns.Benefits:Opportunity to work on high-end motion and post-production projects.Chance to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of artists, animators, and editors.Flexible working environment with opportunities for growth and development.Others:Establish best practices and workflow templates for motion and post projects across short-form, digital, and broadcast media.
