We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software services, system administration, and customer support.About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a technical professional to work with our largest customers and lead level III support engineer working on important customer accounts. You will be responsible for providing advanced support and product expertise across multiple products.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide root cause analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting across multiple products.Collaborate with other team members globally and report to the Manager of the Enterprise support team.Solve complex tickets, summarize causes, recommend solutions, and escalate as needed.Be the voice of the customer and coach others on technical, soft skills, and behavioral interviews.Assist teammates in resolving long-running tickets within areas of expertise.Required Skills and Qualifications8+ years of experience in Java support, software services, and system administration for a large end-user community.Experience with operating systems (e.g., Linux, OS X, Windows).Subject matter expert in multiple Atlassian products including Synchrony, AWS, Azure.Effective communication with customers at an executive level on technical details, progress, and next steps.SQL database experience and escalation handling.Enterprise customer experience.BenefitsWe offer flexibility in where you work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of both.
