Oracle EBS OPM ExpertThe ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise in Oracle EBS OPM. This role requires the ability to analyze complex business problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop tailored solutions that align with the organization's strategic objectives.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document functional specifications, and design solutions that meet their needs.Work collaboratively with the technical team to hand off functional designs, provide support during technical development, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.Develop and implement testing strategies, drive successful system integration and user acceptance testing, and oversee deployment after go-live.Maintain open communication channels with Oracle representatives to resolve production issues and product bugs in a timely manner.Act as a subject matter expert in production operations, identifying root causes of issues, recommending and implementing solutions to ensure uninterrupted production operations.Key Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in Oracle EBS OPM consulting or implementationExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlinesFamiliarity with Oracle EBS Architecture and configuration optionsStrong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levelsWhat We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
